DESCRIPTION:Join the Calgary Jewish Federation Inclusion Department International Day of Persons with Disabilities for a FREE virtual concert and conversation with Joanie Calem\, as we celebrate the on Sunday\, December 6 at 3:00pm (MST). Please feel free to share this invitation with members of your community. \n  \nJoani Calem is a singer/song-writer\, educator\, parent\, and advocate of inclusion of disabilities. She leads “concert-conversations\,” inviting groups to explore how\, through awareness and collaboration\, we can find creative ways to include and embrace people who are wired differently. As more individuals are diagnosed with autism and mental health conditions\, neuro-typical communities must open their doors in new ways. Just as it takes a village to raise a child\, so it will take all of us working together to create and maintain a world that welcomes and supports ALL children\, adults\, and their families. \n  \n
