DESCRIPTION:Seaworthy Transition\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nSeaworthy Transition Program\nDesigned for young adults ages 18 and up\, transitioning into the workforce with the need to develop soft skills and work experience through leisure\, socialization\, hospitality\, and watersports. DESCRIPTION:Joshua’s Path BOOST Program helps neurodivergent adults\, including those with Autism\, ADHD\, learning disabilities\, and other similarly abled individuals\, build on their strengths and acquire interpersonal skills through virtual and hands-on employment and volunteerism exploration. \nBOOST (Building On Our Strengths Together) is an individualized strength-based goals program offering in-home and community-based activities\, including social skills development and tours of local businesses in a variety of industries.
