SUMMARY:Addressing Mental Health & Wellness with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities during Transition to Adulthood
DESCRIPTION:Led by Maureen DeLongis CSW Kim Solondz MS\, OTR/L Tuesday\, February 8\, 2022 2:00-3:00 PM Eastern Optional Q&A Session 3:00-3:30 PM \n  \nThis presentation will focus on the assessment of mental health in youth who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities during the transition to adulthood years (12-26). The Lifespan Transition Clinic (LTC) at the Institute on Development & Disability (IDD) at Oregon Health and Science University provides assessment\, recommendations\, and collaboration with community partners for youth who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities.
