Join Stephen Wise Free Synagogue as we hear from CUNY Hunter College student Ariel Gold about how disabilities are represented in the Hebrew Bible. Following her short presentation, Ariel will moderate a panel of four Jews with disabilities — Noa Etedgi, Peter Fox, Haley Moss and Lee Chernotsky — who will share their experiences and offer insights on how the Jewish community can become more inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities. Includes Q&A with the panelists. This event will have both live-captioning and an ASL interpreter for those who need or prefer it.
