Works in collaboration with a network of community providers to offer a full battery of services to families, including those with various diagnoses such as autism, developmental delays and speech and motor delays. Services include vocational training, independent living skills training, health and fitness activities and social/recreational opportunities, including field trips. Also provides home-delivered meals to low-income and/or homebound persons with disabilities.
