Join us for an important and lively conversation about the issues and the missed opportunities when people with disabilities are not part of the workforce and strategies to assist people with disabilities to find meaningful employment.

About Debby Fisher: Debby Fisher is a management and professional service consultant who specializes in disability-empowerment mission-driven organizations, their professional and volunteer leaders, and the individuals and families who receive support services. Debby is a proven innovator who has devoted her career to advocating for and supporting the needs of individuals with cognitive, developmental and psychiatric disabilities in school, employment and community settings, promoting their rights to achieve self-determined, independent and engaged lives. Her career has taken her from working with individuals, their families and professionals to the C-Suite where she has increased her impact. Debby established her consultancy in order to apply her expertise and experience to strengthening organizations’ capacities to promote the needs and interests of people with disabilities.
