Learn about the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) which is designed to protect the rights of students with disabilities and is supported by the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) to ensure students receive special education services tailored to meet their unique needs. Stay informed, know your rights, and play an active role in your child’s education. Only for families of children and adults with disabilities.
