Join us for a Mom’s Night In! All cooped up and dressed down with nowhere to go but the kitchen foraging for food all day? We can capitalize on all this time at home and manage stress eating during these days where we HUNGER for peace and normalcy with food. You’ll learn the basics of mindful eating, how to cope with stress in non-food ways, how to structure meal and snack schedules, and some guidance on which foods to stock in your arsenal/which to skip. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit questions and have them answered in real time.
