Shawn Smith, CCC, LCT, is a counseling therapist diagnosed with ADHD & ASD late in life. He understands what is lacking and what works well in the education system, with employers, and with social support systems. He will highlight the resiliency that can be experienced by neurodiverse people with the right support after years of not being valued in a neurotypical world.
