UM-NSU CARD is offering free Sibling Support Groups. Teens (13-17 years old) who have a sibling with autism are invited to join our group on
Tuesday, February 16 at 5:00pm
Presenters: Raquel Concepcion, PhD, LMHC Autism Spectrum Assessment Clinic (ASAC) Post-Doctoral Fellow and Licensed Mental Health Counselor
and
Elizabeth Casline, MSc, MS, University of Miami Doctoral Psychology Student
We’ll talk about myths and misconceptions related to autism spectrum disorder and how to talk about it with others, all while connecting with other teens. Please confirm that your teen is aware of their sibling’s diagnosis prior to registration.
