The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resource Systems (FDLRS-South) provides diagnostic, instructional, and technology support services to district exceptional education programs and families of students with disabilities. FDLRS-South directly serves Miami-Dade and Monroe county school districts in the areas of  Child Find and Parent Services, Human Resource Development (HRD), and Technology.
