This class will prepare job seekers with skills needed to work in the field of customer service and hospitality. This course would be ideal for anyone looking to work in a restaurant, a hotel, or in a movie theatre. Topics will include: Food handler training, customer service skills, and general knowledge about the hospitality industry. Participants will not receive hospitality certification, but we will practice many skills covered on the Food Handler training exam in the case someone is interested in pursuing certification on their own upon completion.
