Join us for meditation and mindfulness - featuring chair yoga - twice a week! Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit for this class and enjoy this contemplative time with Yachad friends. This class is facilitated by our social work interns and is open to all Yachad members. Tuesday and Thursday afternoons  2:30-3:15pm
